South Lake Tahoe Wedding 

John and Jen had the perfect intimate South Lake Tahoe winter wedding! There were so many sweet moments throughout the day that I loved being able to capture.

John + Jen’s Love Story

Since their first date, John and Jen knew that they were headed somewhere wonderful. They love traveling and taking care of their sweet pup. John proposed to Jen at a family gathering, asking for her parents’ permission just moments before popping the question. Jen was the last sister to get married on her side of the family and John was the first of his brothers to get married! They planned the most amazing intimate Lake Tahoe winter wedding.

Lake Tahoe Winter Wedding

This wedding day was BEYOND beautiful. There were clear blue skies all day, which meant that there were gorgeous views of the lake and the fresh snow on the ground sparkled. John and Jen rented a vacation home on South Lake Tahoe for their intimate ceremony and celebration. They invited their guest list of their closest friends and family to stay with them at the lodge. John got ready for the big day with his family and groomsmen as Jen prepared with her sisters by her side. Jen had an emotional first look with her father before John saw her for the first time. John’s reaction to seeing Jen was PERFECT! You could see the true joy on both of their faces. Their bridal party and family came out for some fun photos in the snow. As the sun set, everyone enjoyed the breathtaking view from the balcony. Then, it was time for their ceremony! Lauren Snead, the officiant, made their ceremony sweet, warm, and romantic, to fit their personalities. They hired a private chef to make the meals for their day, so everyone enjoyed a delicious meal before all of the dancing began. The bride and groom and guests all danced the night way and ended the night with s’mores, cigars, and whiskey from the scenic deck.
