South Lake Tahoe

Today I’m sharing this incredible maternity and family session from South Lake Tahoe. I have had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful couple over the years as they’ve celebrated many milestones. This time, they were celebrating because they will be welcoming a new baby into the world very soon! The warm sun fell upon the beach and the waves brought a beautiful sense of calm. Their daughter was giggling with excitement because her mama is carrying her new baby brother or sister. I am so excited for your family to grow once again! My heart is full for you.

Any chance I get to photograph previous photography clients, I come running, but especially when the session is at Lake Tahoe! Lake Tahoe is an incredibly serene place, making it the perfect setting for this session. I think it’s even more special to photograph a maternity session here because the calm of being near the water relates to the magical feeling of carrying a baby.
