This sweet as honey styled wedding shoot with Beth and Louise was so beautiful and so much fun to capture! I’m just obsessed with the sweet as honey theme, and no better location for this than The HIVE in Woodland, California! Everything about this styled wedding turned out perfectly. The weather was bright and sunny, the venue was beautiful, their food looked incredible, hair and makeup was on point, and the florals were gorgeous! We truly had a dream vendor team that made this shoot flow seamlessly.

Not only was this venue beautiful, but this space allows the opportunity for an intimate wedding. They have such a serene and private courtyard space surrounded by gardens. It can accommodate from 65 – 300 guests depending on full or partial rental, making it perfect for a small and intimate wedding. This is also an inclusive venue, and all love is welcome.

To top this styled wedding off, I was able to work with Sara from Rainbow Weddings & Events whose an incredible wedding planner that I have the pleasure of working alongside quite often. Sarah has 12+ years of even planning experience. Rainbow Weddings & Events first came to be when Sara was planning her own wedding and noticed the challenge of finding LGBTQIA+ wedding vendors. Because of this, Sara created a space where all are heard and seen, and I adore working with her! Check out this “Inclusive Celestial-Inspired Wedding in CA at The Bloc” that she planned as well.

The florals by Strelitzia Flower Company were just jaw dropping and complimented the theme perfectly. So did the wedding invitation suite. Matinae Design Studio knocked it out of the park with these invites! And not to mention the sweet as honey themed cake and deserts by Sugar Sweetery! Overall, this sweet as honey styled wedding was perfect, and I think I’ll be swooning over this day and these details forever!
