Mr. and Mrs. Caballero had such a beautiful rustic traditional Mexican wedding in Northern California! They held a Catholic ceremony at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Linden and it was absolutely beautiful. The bride sang Ave Maria during the offering to the Virgin Mary – a tradition in Catholic ceremonies for those who may not be familiar. The groom wore traditional attire and you could just feel the love and energy in the church during their ceremony.

The Caballero’s Traditional Mexican Wedding in Northern California

After their ceremony, the bride and groom rode off in a white convertible mustang. We then went and got some portraits of the two in the vineyards along the way. After that, we headed back to their private ranch in Stockton, California where their reception would be held. Their ranch is absolutely beautiful! They have worked so hard on this ranch for an entire year. The Caballero’s were so proud to work together every weekend to design a beautiful backdrop inspired by Mexico. There was placita with a fountain, benches to view the sunset, a white bistro with beautiful lighting and papel picado hanging from the top with their initials! They were welcomed by an all female mariachi band from Sacramento’s Mariachi Bonitas!

Every table at their reception had blue and white Clase Avul Tequila bottles that had bells so family and friends could ring them to remind them to kiss! They also had many beautiful succulents surrounding the reception space and maguey agave plants that represent their Mexican culture. Not only was the décor stunning, but they also had dancing horses come! Everything about the Caballero’s traditional Mexican wedding in Northern California was perfect. I just know that it will be one that this beautiful couple and their family will remember for a lifetime!
